Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I get insured without knowing my building grade?

Yes. Send your building register and previous year's policy, and the iFA Commercial Insurance Center will confirm the grade and guide you to the best terms.

  • Can I insure multiple buildings at once?

Yes. Bulk enrollment for multiple properties can qualify for package rates, which may be more favorable than individual enrollment. Please contact your FA or customer center.

  • Is there a penalty for mid-term cancellation?

Fire insurance provides a refund for the remaining period. However, short-term rates apply, so the refund may be less than a pro-rata calculation. We recommend maintaining coverage until expiry.
